Every great website starts with a clear process. Over years of working with brands across different industries, I've developed a repeatable framework that delivers consistent, high-quality results. Here's how we approach every project at JLZIN.
1. Discovery & Strategy
Before touching a design tool, we spend time understanding your business. Who is your audience? What do you want them to feel? What should they do? This phase includes stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and defining success metrics. We build strategy first, design second.
2. Information Architecture
We map out every page, every user flow, every content decision. IA work prevents expensive mid-project pivots. A clear site structure ensures that design and development serve a coherent logic, not just fill space.
3. Design Exploration
We start with low-fidelity wireframes to validate structure before investing in visual polish. Once structure is approved, we move into high-fidelity design — building a design system, defining typography, color, and component behavior before applying it to full page layouts.
4. Development & QA
We build in Next.js, with performance and accessibility baked in from day one. Every component is tested across devices and browsers. We measure Core Web Vitals before shipping, not after.
5. Launch & Iteration
Launch is not the end — it's the beginning. We monitor performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate. The best websites are never finished; they evolve with the business.
